One of Singapore’s first homegrown soloists, Lee-Chin’s gold medal victory in the 1994 Henryk Szeryng International Violin Competition solidified her career on the international music stage. Her performances have been broadcast on BBC World News, China Central TV, America’s CBS, National Public Radio, and Singapore’s MediaCorp.

Teaching

Multiple award-winning violinist Lee-Chin, who traces her musical lineage to legendary composers and violinists Eugène Ysaÿe and Henryk Wieniawkski, combines a stellar international performance career with teaching, wowing audiences in more than 20 countries on five continents while nurturing the next generation of young violinists in the College of Charleston and beyond.
